UNIMIG PTR0005-16 10-Pack 1.6mm Rare Earth TIG Tungsten Electrode

The Rare Earth Tungsten Electrodes (AWS & ISO classification EWG) contain a minimum of 98% tungsten and a combination of lanthanum (1.5%), zirconium (0.08%) and yttrium (0.08%).

  • '- Great arc starts with a very stable arc in AC and DC
  • One of the longest electrode lifespans, with less re-grinding needed
  • Little tungsten spitting for less weld contamination
  • The ability to use a smaller diameter tungsten on a job
  • Handles high amperages (even with a smaller tungsten)
