The BT900 uses patented Single Load Dynamic Resistance technology to replicate in-vehicle conditions. By running a micro-switch regulated 100amp load through the battery, the BT900 is able to correctly diagnose battery condition without interference from surface charge, high voltage, parasitic draw or contact impedance, increasing accuracy and efficiency.
