The Makita 40V Max backpack mist blower has a brushless motor coupled with a 15L tank capacity for effective spraying. The PM001G operates with a single 40V Max battery, with two batteries increasing runtime, with automatic battery switching for seamless operation. The user can select from three spraying speed modes using the button on the control handle, and the memory function will remember the last mode used when resuming operation. The PM001G can spray horizontally up to 14-metres at 14.3m³/min air volume in high mode with the standard nozzle. Further, the PM001G is compatible with ultra low volume (ULV) solutions like pesticides and can spray particles up to 50μm using the ULV nozzle on high mode. The spray volume can be adjusted using the valve or nozzle, and when the trigger is released the interlocking valve will close to suppress dripping.
